We promote reflection and communication through quality asynchronous discussion. Foster new forms of commercial relations between students and trainers. Deepa found both CodeSenseSoftSolutions and StepLeaf. The path to success wasn't always easy for her. She started her job as a software professional at a multinational company. But she wanted to reach something big. She persisted in her entrepreneurial vision. She made her dream a reality by setting goals and next to achieve that goal. She came up with lots of baskets(goals), so that she can work on many tasks simultaneously.
When one project or goal gets done, she could switch gears and refocus instead of being empty. Finally she started her entrepreneurial journey by outsourced projects from US, Canada and Singapore. Later, she expanded her business in website development. She mentally associated the end of one project with the start of the next, so that concluding the beginning work feels more like a milestone rather than total termination. She was very happy for reaching greater heights and achieving what was once only a fleeting thought or dream. But this didn't stop her from going ahead. Each one of us wants to achieve something, whether great or small, at some point in our lives.
Similarly she again started to expand her business, she wanted her burning desire to accomplish some great feats. She started with off-line tutoring for IT graduates. She understood a statement really better than anyone "no amount of theory can replace hands-on practice" . She recruited more tutors from companies who work on real-time projects, so that the students would learn to solve challenging problems, using critical thinking. This is how StepLeaf became another start of a new journey for her.
Step Leaf tends to bring revolution in the online learning system and to instill the belief in everyone that they can achieve anything. We help students to tackle project based learning and make them see how their work relates to a whole business.
